Hand Painted Nail Art Rules :

1- Must "LIKE" ~ Spicey'z Nails, Follow this Blog [enter GFC] and Live in the U.S.A
2- One entry per person.
3- The designs must be done by "Hand Painting Only" on all nails [one hand is fine]
4- Must be created with Nail Art Brushes/Tools...etc.. [no stamping, air brushed, or nail stickers allowed], Jewels & Glitters Allowed. May be on your nails or someone else's, but must be Fingernails.
5- E-mail me "Your Best Black & White Hand Painted Nail Art" to Spiceysnails@gmail.com, along with your full name for me to add them to the Contest Album =)

**** VOTING will be done by myself and a small panel of judges that I have chosen. We will judge creativity and neatness ****
